The properties of ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) are similar to those of ABS, but ASA is featured with UV resistance. ASA White filament can build anti-ultraviolet parts, which will not deforming or crumbling due to long-term exposure to sunlight. It is an ideal choice for automotive parts, sporting goods, outdoor functional prototyping and end-use parts for outdoor infrastructure and commercial purposes (such as electrical enclosures).

  • Color. White
  • UV & Temperature Resistance. Featured with extraordinary UV stability, ASA 3D printing filament is a perfect choice for outdoor exposed items. No worries for long-term exposure to sunlight
  • High Impact Strength and Durability. ASA retains the impact resistance and process-ability of ABS, so it is also ideal for automotive parts and sporting goods
  • Dimensional Accuracy and Neat Winding. The +/- 0.02mm dimensional accuracy and neat winding provides guaranty for successful 3D printing
  • Printing Tips. Nozzle: 240-260˚C; Bed: 100-120˚C; Speed: <250mm/s (refer to abs 1.75mm filament settings) ; Enclosed printing chamber required (to avoid warping, maintain a warm environment). Glue will help
